IS there anything I can do with sites that I got delisted? Not exactly sure why they both got delisted but was curious. Is it worth to keep building links or forget it and start fresh?

I've a few of my articles delisted, I think cos I was blasting them too much.

I don't have an answer for you but I'm wondering myself if/when they will come back.

a lot of factors go into this..but quick advice: keep building links

slow and steady wins the race
