Hello guys, first of all I want to take the chance to thank everyone that have ever made any effort to share an information here, you are making this forum a goldmine.

Now that I finished this years studies I have plenty of time to invest, so I'm about to start a little project and to get into freelancing, I hope you can help I need some info.

    1. I am a non-professional web developer (It means I never got paid for it, not that I don't know what I am doing I'm very good at it) I'm trying trying to make some money on upwork but due to the high competition and other freelancers have good profiles with good reviews and portfolios I never got any answers after many proposals (My account is aged -since 2013- but with no reviews and I could never get a job there though I put a little effort trying to convince the job poster to hire me) I know there are many experts here I need to know what should I do, should I get fake reviews or build a portfolio or should I take tests? I'm open to any suggestions.

    2. I have an Idea of a website (something I love and I used to share just for fun now I want to take it to the next level), I want to make a website where I will share some music packs (music files will be stored in a third party host such as mediafire and rapidgator) I'm thinking to install the website on wordpress (open for any alternative) but I'm worrying about content removal, Will my hosting providers delete my content if they knew it's piracy, also what are the best places to upload the files (mediafire alternatives?), so let's make this clearer.
-Shall I use wordpress or not.
-If not what else do you suggest.
-where would you upload a zip files that contains music albums

that's all guys and I appreciate any help you can provide, Thank you very much this forum has been already a huge source of information.

Some may simply terminate your entire hosting.
IF you decide to do, make sure you take daily backups and that your domain is not with the same provider. Again it is NOT recommended with a non offshore host.

I can highly suggest taking any offshore hosting that has dmca protection. Make sure to ask them clearly, before buying that hosting.
