2 questions about adsense and traffic

I have 2 questions for some of the members.

1) Whenever I read tutorials on how to setup websites and throw some ebooks, affiliate links, and the rest of the making money methods in the website, I'm left to wonder, how the hell do you get the traffic in the hundreds or thousands to visit these sites if they're new?

2) I have a website in spanish with adsense on it, daily I make less than $1 or if I'm having a "good day" I can make up to $2 woohooo I'm rich! It's been up for 3 months.
My question here is, does adsense pay spanish themed websites less or if the website receives a majority of the visitors from outside the U.S., does adsense pay less for clicks coming from other countries?


P.S. This reseting passwords is getting old.

1) Yep, that's the hard bit. You either need to put a lot of work into it, come up with a great idea and with a bit of luck send the whole thing viral, spend tons of money or use some clever trick no one is really going to share with you.

2) Its supply vs demand. Nothing to do with your country. If you are the only publisher with content on wild hamsters and there are 10 companies out there looking to advertise on your website then you are laughing! If there are 10 publishers and one advertiser you might as well go and try to find pennies on supermarket floors. Its all about your niche.

yeah thats it, how the hell do you get the traffic in the hundreds or thousands to visit.. Thats the working job of all.. in this forum there is many for reading about it, that might give you some ideas.. and the main is lots of working..

Ok so I came across wrong asking the first question. I know that everyone needs traffic, but I read a thread written by Ambrown "$100/Day... Get Started In 30 Minutes and 10 minutes/day "
In there Ambrown writes that he/she set up an account with C0peac took 30 minutes to setup and then the next day there were $80 in the account. How can you setup something up and then the next day there's money in the account already?
