    Hi guys,

In one of my YT channels I have a video, Now I would like to know if it is against YT TOS to reupload that video in that channel once again?

    Thanks

Sure, you can use the YouTube Video Editor to add the same video to your channel more than once. But don't manually reupload the video because YouTube tends to frown on that. When you use the Video Editor they will pull the video from the original upload to prevent it from taking up more space on their servers.

What it does mean please? How I am able to have more than one video in my channel just by using YouTube Video Editor?! Are you talking about the editor section which is place in the YT channel?

    Thanks

You can't add same video with same timeframe, it will show duplicate video. Go to, video editor, add your existing video to the timeline, adjust the timeframe and publish...

Ok Thanks guys, I got it. I went there in my channel and tried video editor and noticed how it works. I don't like to change the timeline/time-frame of my video, Is it enough to add a picture at the beginning or the end of the original video and extent it by say 3 seconds?
And finally do I need to change/spin the title, description and tags for the newly created video?

    Thanks

Yes. You can add pictures or videos in start or end of the video, so that the timeframe varies from the original. As said, only thing the same video shouldn't have the same timeframe, otherwise it shows duplicate video...
