    Hello BHW.

    Before you say that thi is BS or anything like it
    here is the DEAL:

    My dad is a Real State builder in the Dominican Republic.

    As of right now he has 3 apartment complex ready for sale.
    He has a site that is basically just standing there.

    If you have Internet Marketing Skills I can give you up to 2,500
    per Apartments you sell.

    How I know that the sale came from you? Well because No one
    is advertising the site as of yet.

    I dont have the knowledge to advertise the site and we need to
    move quick.

    If you are up to the task let me know and this can be very good
    cash for you.

    What is the price range of each apartment?
    What part of the dominican republic are they located?
    Are the prices of each apartment static?

    You would still need some sort of affiliate tracking system in place to identify which sale came from which person. Hit me up if you need help.

    As of right now I dont have a deadline but the faster we sell the better.

    I dont know how to go about tracking each affiliate.

    Hopefully i was thinking of just working with one person who knows what they
    are doing. That way they will be no need to track because it will be just that one
    person.

    $2,500 for an assignment fee? Last 10 unit we wholesaled we made $45k.

    Send me all the details including CAP rate and pro formas if he is flexible with the assignment fee and I will send it over my flex option, fax it back to me and I will blast out to my buyers list.

    Edit 1: Just saw your website. So you are looking to sell them off like condos? Thats a different story.

    Edit 2: If it was my project -- I would go to the local tourism board and try to workout advertising with them. With the website you have now it is going to be VERY difficult to get someone to buy sight unseen, especially in this market. Key to getting these sold off is feed off tourism and optimize your site for vacation property in the Dominican Republic. Show the area surrounding them, amenities, etc... and these look like pre-build construction ops... the same thing that went bust in Florida - and all though it still can be done you will really have to come up with a better marketing plan.

    Thanks jones but the people who are looking to buy the property are mostly
    Dominicans who live in the US.
    The search is coming from New York and Houston TX and some UK.
    So if someone knows how to reach this audience I dont think it would
    be hard to sell.

    I can reach them no problem, and my mom is also a real estate agent so she might be able to send some people your dads way.

    I think you are going to have to have a clearer website if you want to sell them. I'm confused just going through the pages on the site.I'm not sure which properties you are speaking of on this thread when i go to the site. Whic project are you trying to sell? Work on your site some more and then some people on here can probably help you sell them. Yes, I'm reading the english version, it's still confusing to me. Maybe you should make a page for every project? That way it is less confusing and more targeted.

    the properties you have look nice, but i think you need to streamline your website marketing approach if you are to have any success getting rid of them
