how do you think this is done?

Did you tried contacting the owner maybe he is some small kid or nontechie guy/gal.

Chances are yeah deleted some old posts, and he/she probably has several other 1m+ followers pages and just promotes each account.

 

Im pretty sure most of the followers are fake. Their engagement is horrible.

 

Yes the engagement is VERY bad 20k likes on 2million page? :/ that would be good engagement on a 400k page with a 2 million page the engagement should be somewhere atleast around 80k!

 

Nonstop shoutouts all day long from the best of accounts. I have actually seen this account getting shouted from multiple accounts.
And the key is also to post RELATABLE content. More chance of liking,commenting and sharing.

based on your numbers, kevin durant's followers are fake too (6M with 130K likes)? why he would do that?
plus why would anybody spend that money to buy all those likes, let alone buying all the fake followers?

on the other hand, the account has gone private since, making me wonder too..
