Well before thinking about the right products, you also have to think about building trust with your audience.

1K a day is easily doable, I've had a 25k day with fresh data

the whole of internet marketing was once based of email and leeds .

the old saying is , it all about your email list .

good old days .

it been going very strong proper email lists with huge sellers .

fb and socail website with paid campains to get the list going.

I have +5000 emails. They subscribed naturally in 1 year in my women clothing store.
I send an email about the new products and made only 1 sale.
Where could I get simple tips o make more sales from my list

Did they buy at least one time from you? If they didn't, then offer them some big discounts, even if you don't earn that much, because they are more likely to buy from you more times if they did it once.

I am trying to use FB Groups to get some sales before i start doing my Email List campaign. Any advice on how to get sales from FB Groups?

I have 900 orders. So 900 of my contacts have already bought something and 4000 not yet.

The email should be aomething like - la la la special discount for you? Plain text?

Promoting via email profitable, the main thing is to give it enough time and money, everything will pay off!

To the ones that never bought, try to promote something cheap for them and offer them a discount.
For the other ones, offer smaller discounts, but not every week, only on special occasions, like the start of a new season(people have to change their clothes)/black Friday/Christmas also you can try to offer them just free shipping and see how it works out.

Also, try to make your emails more engaging, something you can try to send to everyone:
-10/7/5/3 items everyone else is getting this winter
-10/7/5/3 items you must have this winter according to ...
-10/7/5/3 Christmas gifts ideas for your loved ones
-Top 10/7/5/3 gifts for this Christmas
-Most gifted items this winter
