1and1 Account Problem

So, I used fake name and address for registering two domains on 1and1 last week. Used a VCC for the payment. But the thing is, they rejected the VCC because it was for 2.50$ only. And 1and1 have a policy stating that if we use a card, they will verify the card for 6$. And this 6$ is immediately reversed.

So, if I can change my first and last time, I can use a VCC generated in my name or I can use paypal with my real name.

So how to change my first and last name on 1and1?
Does VCC works with the verification procedure of 6$ reversal?
(6$ will taken first, then immediately reversed. And payment for the domain will also taken from this VCC)
