Does it matter if when I cakeslice an email submit that the "I certify that I am 18 years of age or older" is left out? Assuming that it is already checked off and all they need to do is enter their email and click submit.

    Thanks

    Jared

I have the same question i think if the box is automatically checked then you dont have to leave it in the submit cause its already checked

You are correct. If it is already checked, then you are fine. If it is not checked, I would just get the box and say: "Check this box if you are human". Then the user will think its a bot-deterent.

I've cakesliced over the checkboxes that were pre-clicked. Doesn't bother with anything, it loads exactly the same as if you loaded it in a browser.

Gotta remember, it's literally like placing a piece of paper over a web page and cutting around the part you want to keep, nothing will change or anything like that.
