You don't need to convert it, you ca directly upload it to Custom Audience. And do temme a way to convert email ids to UIDs .

In my opinion is no good idea share e-mails. Now 4598 people send e-mail to these adresses and nobody makes money. No sense share.

Those who are thinking to mail those ID's will
most likely putting their IP's on blacklist.
Beside that, you can use custom audience to
target these people. But, It will be way much better
if you can come up with your own targeted group list
which you can easily extract using FBLeadChief.
