Hello guys,

I'm a little bit skinny for my age. What I want to do is to give the best for my body. I don't like my arms and I would like to find a good diet and fitness program.

Does anyone here using Herbalife? (package for bulk in, something with protein and stuff). Also, if here is some boy for my age or someone with great experience in this I will be more than honored to ask for your advices.

Thank you community

I'm 18 and a vegeterian, but regardless I have really broad shoulders, and large as fuck bones - but thats mostly due to genes. First and foremost don't fall for all these 'products' off the bat, if you want supplements, creatine, whey protien, and all-natural things are the only things you should vouch for. Unless you want veiny, ugly, muscles do not use steroids.
Some people who are skinny use weight gainers, eat a full and wholesome diet, get all your required nutrients and eat lots of fruit. Divide your meals into smaller portions ever so slightly but eat more often so you have more overall intake. Start a workout program, for endurance to the same weights over and over for strength keep working up, alternate cardio and weights for 5 days a week. Use 2 for rest.
Thats my advice.

Eat eat eat. Hit squats, dead lifts hard you'll be beast in no time if you set your mind to it. It ain't easy you need time and dedication like anything.

I know where your coming from, I am 5ft 8 and weighed 9 and a half stone skinny. Now 12months on I weigh 11.5 stone with low body fat %. Started off squat 30kg now squat 120kg, dead lifted started at 30kg now is at 130kg.

EAT WORK OUT EAT WORK OUT HARD.

Half of these people here will give you advice they don't even practice.

Look kid...if you wanna get big what you need to do is this:

1. http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
2. Get a surplus of 300-400 calories a day (eat a lot of complex carbs)
3. Get 1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight per day
4. Drink a lot of water
5. Follow a 5 day split - if your technique isn't perfect don't even bother

Good food includes:

All vegetables
All fruits
Oatmeal
Brown rice
Whole wheat bread
2% milk
Nuts
Chicken
Turkey
Fish (salmon especially)

You will need to eat when you're not hungry. First determine your caloric intake based on your weight, activity level, etc. Then get an extra 300-400 calories a day with proper nutrition. From there lift like a monster, PROPERLY.

You need to eat 3,000 calories a day.

Eating right is the most important part in gaining mass. If you can't eat right, don't even bother weight lifting because it won't work.

You will need a budget of around $100-$150 per week for the proper food (most people overlook this).

Once you are capable of reaching that many calories per day, then find a good workout program to follow and start lifting heavy weights (max reps etc..)

Where do you live mate?

I'll send you over to my mama's place for a month or two.

You might have to go on a diet after you leave that place... some good home ol' cookin' :)

I'm 17 and working P90X/Insanity fitness program, download it somewhere for free (torrent).I combine those two programs and transformations are awesome (121 day in progress :D ).My goal is to be well defined (not wide shoulders, pumped arms...) and reaching of it is really close.I have problem with nutrition.Really don't want to avoid any kind of food and that seems to be the biggest problem with my six-pack abs. They appear and easily disappears, but mates chocolate is so delicious :D
Eat healthier is more important than workout harder!

Go wave surfing, paddling will set you up properly.

dont eat to live, live to eat and when you've put on some size hit the bench

Do a Deca/Test e 14 week cycle, eat alot and workout 5-7 times a week, you will be a fucking monster after that. Nah just kidding don't do that, it will bloat your face :/

lol nice bulking stack bro ! but op, dont do this..to bulk up you just have to eat around 7 times a day, heaps of kcal a day and much carbs :) dont forget the protein intake as well since you are working out (i think so at least)

All steroids and women LOVE it.

Anyway, do like everyone else said. Bump your daily caloric intake, train hard/heavy and get enough proteins.

You don't need a lot of money to do it (like some have said).

I'm a "hard-gainer" and put on nearly 1 stone in 40 days using GOMAD (gallon of milk a day) combined with failure rep workout sessions 3x a week. You can make some pretty impressive gains with this, but it is HARD WORK.

More info on GOMAD here:

Seriously, stay away from roids. You can do it naturally, it is a little bit more work but it's def. possible and your muscles will look just as good but your penis won't shrink (Ok that was a joke but it is not healthy and if you do it too long, too often it will have a very negative impact on your body). Important is as previous posters already stated that you eat enough calories and protein from animals i.e chicken, beef, fish.
Plus, even if you are skinny now, be sure to do cardio but in a high intensity style for like 20 mins before your work out, then lift weights (Have a trainer make you a good plan to bulk up).

6 months and you will already see pretty good results.

P:S: Don't even use protein powder in the beginning, you don't need it then. First get your food right. Meaning that you eat as much as your nutrionist in the gym tells you (or use bodybuilding.com they have lots of good calculators). Only if you have that part right, eat already the proper meals every day with enough protein, fibers, vitamins (maybe use some amino acids supplement) then you can start with protein powder, before it's just a waste of money.

Plus, you should eat 3-5 meals per day.
