16/10/19 BOOM, traffic drop to almost 0, still indexed, no penalty in GCS, cause/need help?

Site is 5 months old, each page has unique 2500 word content, optimized, site speed is 1.7 sec, always high quality whitehat link building has been done, did site audits in ahrefs and semrush with +90 score, no penalties in GSR, ... no idea what caused it or what can be done.

Can anyone maybe help me out regarding this? Any ideas what might caused the drop? Google algoritm update? Sandbox period? And how long will it take to recover? All advice is very welcome!
