my 10-15 days old site with 2 posts does not show up.

I tried site:www.domain.com & www.domain.com in google but no results.

I only made about 100 bookmarks so I doubt its sandboxed, so I was wondering why it wouldn't show in Google. Any ideas?

Skype me the url, Mr. Hughes, I'll get it in Google for you... I'm going to work today and I might as well as do something productive.

It happen quite often with my site sometime it comes back and sometimes it goes back until it reaches page 1. So I build link everyday.

maybe I'm wrong but your backlinks may have caused the problem. Yes, it's just 100 bookmaks, and bookmarks by itself won't do a harm, but non-diversified anchor text will.

Try to check if the domain has been used before, it may have been deindexed in the past because of spam/whatever. Had that happen once. If that's the case, you can get it indexed through webmaster tools if you send them a reconsideration request. Is it indexed in yahoo/bing?

Well you should try adding more diverse backlinks to your site.

Are you sure it was indexed? Because sometimes, 10-15 days old sites do not get indexed.

I would suggest you do some pings, and submit your site to search engines. Also add it to GWT.

Well if you renew your Jr_Vip membership i'll help you to get it indexed ;).

Joke aside, i've been through the same and i used pinger, RSS feed, fast indexer, linklicious, and so on to get it crawled and indexed. It took 3 days after i did the previous things.

I conceed that it takes a little more time than it used to be.

I submitted a sitemap in webmaster tools.

Also Submitted a request for re-consideration. Lets see how that goes..

May be the past owner f'kd it up.

When I verified my game site with google, it took 2 weeks to show up on the site. I don't know why but the bots don't automatically crawl a site after it's been verified to immediately added. I think the spiders must be timed to crawl different sites on different dates. Some take longer than others.

Once they have visited, you will be up and running and good to go.

Don't worry, you'll be fine. It just might take some time.

I've never had such issues, I always install a WP blog on my sites and they get indexed automatically usually within 72 hours, sometimes less. Then if the WP blog is not needed I just remove it and continue building the site.

Send couple of whois , send me the url i will send a few and wil ping for you as well .

Yeah, I have been using WP but no luck. Never Had This issue before. I've made more than 200 websites in three years, this might be due to previous owners spam and stuff.
