Hello guys, while searching for a new niche for PPD, I came across a niche that can be monetized by Affiliate Marketing and Adsense and the keyword happens to have 110,000 exact monthly searches, and the secondary keyword has 33,100 exact monthly searches.

After doing a bit of research on the niches, I found that the primary keyword only has two YouTube videos ranked in Google, that too in pages 5 and 6. This means, Google wouldn't mind having a video from YouTube at the very first page, if the correct SEO campaign was carried out.

Since I've always made money through PPD, so this is a new challenge for me. I have quite a good knowledge about SEO and I can rank YouTube videos in the first page within a maximum of 2 weeks.

And holy mother of god. The secondary keyword that has 33.1K searches, turns out to have a $11.07 CPC.

So this is sort of a journey thread, where I'll update you people with the happenings. Do keep me motivated.

Edit: Just so that you don't consider me a noob, I make around $3000-$4000 every month, and have been consistent for more than a year now. :p

There is only one way to make sure. Send me the keyword and I will give you a review copy of my software which LITERALLY MINES GOLD FROM THE GROUND YOU ARE SITTING ON. Sounds like a fair trade. A potential gold mine which is just a word from the dictionary that everyone owns and requires work to profit from for a PIECE OF SOFTWARE WHICH IS A LITERAL GOLDMINE WHERE YOU CAN MINE REAL GOLD.

There's nothing as 'only' in Internet Marketing.

    Congratulation on your find!
I want to try myself at keyword/adsense too but i'm just starting. Theres much i need to learn, but maybe you can help me on something. I too just found a keyword that i think may be a gold mine, but i have a hard time identifying which "flag" i need to look for. Here is a screenshot:

    GoldMine_keyword.jpg
Sure the CPC is not $11.07 but still has 165k search/month and the 2nd keyword has 74k. When i search for it on google, there is nothing close to exact match on the 1st page. The first ranked YT video is on page 6 and only have about 40 views, and it's probably not SEO.

So, does it look like this is a "gold mine" too and it would be easy for me to rank? Should i try to get an exact match domain and try to rank YT videos for that keyword?

Anyway good luck on your gold digging :) i just feel like i dont really know what i'm doing, just need a pro advice i think, thanks for any help you can provide
