those guys are thieves. last year i wanted to switch hosting and i bought a dedicated server from them. also i payed supreme support to help me to move my site. but they aren't so professional men and they told me that they can't do that. but they charged me for services that i don't benefit since they weren't able to move my site. and last month they auto-charge my card again, for services that i don't benefit. they stole from me total over 600 dollars.
so stay away from them(10TB or midphase).
