I have an Amazon Affiliate site getting from 9 to 11k Monthly UV, It's currently making me 500-850$ every month, is this good enough for those 9-11k traffic or should I add adsense on top to see if it actually makes things better?

I've heard that adsense actually lowers conversions for Amazon though

That's a lot of visits to your site. Are your products really cheap or too expensive? You should be making a lot more with that kind of traffic. Do you have your links strategically placed? What is the click through ratio to Amazon?

Last 30 days I've had 9363 Sessions in my website and 2,884 Clicks in Amazon so maybe 20% CTR or close to that? Shouldn't be that bad. Also forgot to mention how most of my products are price bound, I only receive 2.5-4% of the sale, even if I sold 10000 products that rate still wouldn't go up.

Have you considered other items (e-books, clickbank/CJ products) that are within your niche? Adsense is not going to make you a lot of money unless your KW's are high CPC. It's time to put your creative hat on and think outside the box. I'm sure you can bank hard with that kind of traffic. Depending on your product, have you considered going directly to suppliers, eliminating the middle man(amazon) ?

with 10k visitors you can make 30-40$ adsense but you will loose potential leads.

20% CTR on your site and $0.25 (calculating 2k clicks and $500 in advertising fees) per click is totally fine for an Amazon site.

Rinse and repeat. If you can build sites that convert and rank, just build more.

So these traffic mostly come from buying keyword or informative keywords? And in general, how much does it cost for 1 product in your niche? If you can give more details, we can help.
And yes, put Adsense ads on Amz niche site will decrease your CTR to Amazon.

    Mostly informative keywords.

The cost is between 100 to 300$ ~150-200$ most products

It is, 20% for tangible goods is fine, especially since you don't want to make you site look like "thin affiliate only trying to make people click to Amazon" for a manual reviewer. Forcing clicks to much often doesn't really help anyway. More clicks don't necessarily mean more conversions.
