I get over 100k page views a day and was looking at iFraming a video to increase views. I can't seem to find a way to do this though since YT have stopped iFraming now.

Are there any other methods available to increase the view count without the user being aware?

Sorry to interupt your conversation. I am a good programmer but I don't understand what you means by clickjacking a play?

Clickjacking is just tricking the user, say there's a button on the site that says submit or something, a clickjack would make it that whenever that submit button gets pushed it ques the video to play aswell in a hidden state.

i have a script that does yt click jacking but my issue was sound, just abandoned it midway, but i'll attend to it eventually.

yes, for the good scripts :)

they can follow the visitors mouse movements with your youtube video, and the user will hit the youtube play button wherever they click on the page :)

Sorry to burst yours but you're wrong.

Did you not see the viral video that was storming BBM before Christmas? Over 1 million YouTube views. It was just a link to the direct video that when hit increased a view.

But, on another note, embedding videos DOES and WILL increase your view. YouTube are not going penalize legit users who are embedding videos and not credit them a view for a play. That's stupid to even think that.. I suggest you monitor the headers on various videos and actually see what credits the view and how.

he's talking about clickjacking an embedded video, since it requires a click in order to start playing.

Why not just autoplay an embeded video? seems easy enough.
    Code:
    <embed src=?http://www.youtube.com/v/EBM854BTGL0&autoplay=1″ type=?application/x-shockwave-flash? wmode=?transparent? width=?425″ height=?344″></embed>
