I have collected over 1000 resumes in the last few weeks sending people to my job offers. Is there any way I can monetize the resumes now that I have them?

In order to receive money, you have to give em something for money transfer right?
So even if you use proxy, you still have duplicated contact, coz paypal only has 8 email addresses. Then does it work?

I don't know about this so hope someone already tried it can answer.

I don't know what paypal has to do with this. Snagajob pays $1 per sine up. I use CJ they just send check.

I have not tried this so its up to you to see if it works. Sorry!

Edit: Just thought about it again and it wont work because you need to confirm with email.
Sorry I didnt think of this before.

First you lie to get the info then you are passing on people personal information without permission
Names addresses telephone numbers emails and so on
With people losing their jobs and homes you think this is a good idea
How long till one comes looking for you

WTF are the admins doing here

First of all there was no lie. The job that was posted was filled and the candidate is very happy. I was just asking a question. I do agree that this is something I will not pursue.

I really don't see what the problem with it is? Why are people so uptight? Uploading the resumes Monster or whatever other site will only help out the candidates find more jobs, w/o even having to go to the effort of uploading the resume by themselves.

If you end up doing this, get a gmail/hotmail account and once you confirm it, you can have it forward to their real email.

Might be a good idea to tell them as part of saying thank you for taking the time to apply for your job, you've sent off their resumes to Monster where other employers will contact them soon.

    Everyone's happy.
