I really doubt you'll find someone to build a custom bot for only $100...

If your trying to find cheap labor in the US seek out college campuses. Those kids will do it for $5-$20 no problem. Just do not share how much you plan to make off your bot otherwise prices will suddenly increase *wink*. You want smart people who are NOT smart if you know what I mean.
