I was reading a new ebook on article marketing and the creator revealed a powerful way to do _____________ but then he said that he already revealed hes powerful method 6 months in another pdf and he still said he has not got any compitition because no one is doing what he said even though he made 30,000 on the earlier ebook.

well my question is if 10,000 people bought a product how many of them would take action.. i think a small amount.

Very true! I have myself read over 3,000 ebooks in my whole IM career. Out of these 3,000 ebooks, I have implemented less than 100. Of course the other eBooks provided some tweaks too.... Information is never too much.

There is money to be made on any niche with millions of ways. Without any call to action, you will never reach anywhere!

Time for some people to get off their butts and make some money..

I find no problems in 6 figure annual income and looking forward to scale it to a 7 figure :)

EDIT: There is a lesson to be learnt with even the crappiest ebook you may read... ;) Just stay in focus! Don't invest much in eBooks, the download section here has heap loads of good ones! Save your money for outsourcing, PPC and any useful software you may need.

Many don't even take off the plastic of their products.

It's so true that Anthony Robbins and Frank Kern has some kind of joint venture (I think It's called The New Money Masters) to sell more products to that new market: people that buy and never implement.

"Yo' dog, we herd you like products, so we put more products on your products, that way you can procrastinate while you procrastinate."

I think it mainly depends on how much work the method needs. If you need to signup and post links on youtube(just like the Rude method :D ), then I would say maybe up to 50, but if it needs work and starts to bring in revenue only after a week or a month of quite hard work then probably up to 1, who will do it sincerely and maybe make a living of it and up to 10 who will try it for a few days.(Those numbers are out of 100 people who would buy)
But these are only from my own experience :p

Totally wrong! That is where scaling your business comes in place to turn $10 a day to $1000 a day.

Probably 20 out of the 100 will at least do something, but maybe only 3 of those will do enough to see a method all the way through to success.

If so so little e-book buyers take action from what they read, how do you explain when a market gets so saturated with competing marketers?

I'm not trying to be "smart". Just playing devil's advocate.

I remembered a few years ago, i was listening to an interview with Vic Conant , the Chairman of Nightingale-Conant, world leader in self help audios.

He said that according to their stats, 80% of people who bought an audio training from them never opened the shrink-wrap box.

And my own guess, in the other 20% that opened the box, only a minority applied what they learned.

So even if this is not internet Marketing, it is very similar since it training and self-help related, humane nature stats are still valid.

Fortunately, I bought many products from them BUT was never part of the 80% group, LOL

My rate is about 10% or so. But, that doesn't mean I go full bore on that 10%. It usually means, I try it for awhile and get bored with it if I don't see some sort of result fairly quickly.

    obvious gurus are obvious

We already know that most people who keep buying ebooks buy looking for a miracle, not because they want to work for it.

i think that only a few places are getting saturated like google PPC and all that seo stuff you know "get on the from page of google in 5 seconds flat" LOL
were ever the crowed is it's best to leave that place and go else where

I'd say it depends on the price. If they've paid $500 for an eBook, the odds are they will get to work. If they've paid $10, the odds are they might just let it pass.

Also the strength off the method, or how much you will get in return. This also conflicts with the price of the eBook (on most occasions) so if you buy a $20 eBook that will earn you $200 a week you might not bother trying it. Whereas if you buy a $150 eBook that will earn you $1500 a week, you might try it :)

People are fundamentally lazy, so most think alot yet do nothing.
