Looks good, but will this work on a shared hosting setup! I am sure HostGator shared hosting accounts don't have SSH access. Also how is the monitoring done 24x7?

Hey there.. This will work on shared hosting accounts like bluehost, hostgator etc.. Hacked clients can provide either FTP or SSH... whatever works for them.. SSH is better for obvious reasons.

Monitoring is done by running scans on clients sites via our platform. These are initiated by a human.. and if we find anything we get in touch to see if its known about.. or something needs to be done with it.

The clean up service is only one part of what we do currently.. The main thing is that we manage all updates and clean up process if and when its needed.

If you have lots of WP sites.. you are going to deal with this issue at some stage. Let me know if you need anything else.
