100 leads - can anyone cold call?

hi,

i scraped some ads of a certain niche service and recorded their phone numbers and filtered out the ones already have a website.

i would like someone to cold-call these people and sell a basic website for $399..

i have 100 of these leads..

ppl with experience - does this work?

can anyone help me with calling? (50/50)

call them yourself. I'm a financial advisor, but spend about 5 hours a day making cold calls. just write up a script and smile and dial and you will create more sales then you would think.
