Sup guys. Back again. Was browsing some new CPA offers today on my aff panel and I found a pretty cool one that basically looks very similar to a popular free website that gets a lot of traffic. I don't want to give out the niche but this site that the CPA offer mimics gets around 30m hits a month. So what I did was take the URL of the website and run it through a typo generator. I then took those domains and checked with godaddy's bulk domain checker. Out of the hundreds of typos, only 8 "good ones" were available. I decided to buy those for now and if it works well, I will buy some other ones. I then forwarded all 8 typo domains to the affiliate offer. Total spent: $90~ Offer pays out around $2 per toolbar install for US/UK traffic. I'm still waiting for the aff offer to be approved and once it does I should get some stats to see whether or not this will work. If it does, I will branch out into different niches and re-invest profits until I have a nice little empire of typo domains making me automated money. My hunch: Low traffic, low conversions. Lucky to get a few extra bucks a day. If I do though, that will be enough to re-invest profits and continue to build. This log will detail my journey with typo domains and whether or not this is worth a damn.
