You need a mod verified thread in the sale board here according to the rules.

In general the proxy business can be very dirty.
Scam, illegal sources and bad IP quality are a common problem.
If you need proxies buy them from a reputable source on BHW that has a sale thread up.
Otherwise don't complain if it does not end well.
