I can attest that what OP is claiming here is true, on a small scale I was already luckily doing a number of things he suggested and grew my test accounts to over 2k followers each in no time. Taking his refined suggestions and applying them to my current set up I have no doubt in my mind the accounts will continue to grow as stated and as I have personally already experienced.

If you have the funds to invest want great side income, this is awesome! I do this myself and well now it's fairly easy, currently managing ~300 and plan to do 500 but when i first started 2 years ago, i struggled like hell
