Hey guys, really easy thing, in theory that is. Usually a copy paste of the adsense code and it comes up. Works fine for the link units for me, does not work for content. When I use a plug in for wordpress where I only put my publisher ID in that works but otherwise it doesn't. So I am offer $10 to someone who can install adsense on my wordpress powered site into the plug in whydowork adsense and explain me what he did.

Hey! I use the advertising Management plugin and I was a bit confused initially. What I realised was that it takes a while, usually 15 minutes for the adsnese code you generated to get activated. So slap your code on that and wait for a little while.

It will appear on your site if your pub ID was put correctly.

I don't know which plugin you are using but easy adsense is a good one. Why don't you give it a try.

Thanks for the suggestion of those plugins but I prefer theone i am using. But whereever I use my code it does not work. On any website or plug in. It only works in the plugins where I don't paste in the code but only my publisher ID

Well you have to manipulate the code itself. To integrate on your site and would look like a content :)

Here's the thing. Sometimes you have to give a little time after creating an ad within adsense until it actually shows. That is probably why you can see the ads when only putting your publisher id. It then uses the default google ad color options. So try creating a new ad and give it some 10 minutes or so to show.

Well it sounds like he actually can do a lot of basic stuff, hes just having problems with this one piece of it.

It sounds like he's tried following the instructions hes already searched for and found, but for some reason something isn't quite working right for him. Probably something really simple, but he's been banging his head on the wall trying to get it to work.

I'm sure he'll do fine once he gets this bit figured out.
Not everyone is good at doing everything. :)

So you're going to tell me whether I am getting somewhere or not? Or even better, you're trying to imply i haven't gotten somewhere already. Rather interesting post. By the way, its called being smart, the ad didn't appear for over 20 minutes so I thought I was doing something wrong, hence I posted it as a job. A dumb person would have sat there for hours trying to figure it out, a smart person pays somebody to do it for him and then gets it explained. What are $10? They are nothing, defnitley not worth the time I would have had to spend to find my error if I had done one like i thought.

PM me the site and the name of the plugin you're using and I'll take a look at it. It sounds like there's an output issue somewhere.

Yes, new ad campaigns take a while before they show up correctly. Common misunderstanding.. but even then there is usually a blank space where the ad is supposed to appear.
