    I come from a land downunder
    I just found this saved on my desktop and thought it may come in handy for someone.

    just drop it in your html pretty much anywhere on your page.

    Change "Your site here" to the destination url and if you want to change the time it takes amend the "10000" to whatever you want.

    I was running this script on a page that ranked #1 on various searches for a NYE party - using it to redirect to another party once the original one had sold out - and didn't get into any google trouble, BUT I OFFER NO GUARANTEES if you get a slap.

    I can think of a few uses for you guys.................so use your imagination.

    Code:
    <script src="[URL]https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.1/jquery.min.js"></script[/URL]>
    <script>$(document).ready(function() {setTimeout("location.href='YOUR SITE HERE", 10000);});</script>
    (and sorry mods if I've already shared this - I thought I had but couldn't find it.)

    Thanks for the share, although this won't work if the user has disabled Javascript in their browsers. You can always use server-side code like PHP as a backup. All I do is use PHP to change the header and 301 to a cloaked affiliate link of mine (until I re-set my site up again), with a slight moderation you would be able to achieve the same as Javascript but with more guarantee that it will work.

    Oh by the way, how's your forum going? Am thinking of joining if I have the time :).

    You can use

    HTML:
    <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="10; url=http://example.com/">
    for users with disabled JS :cool:
