All the hype, and they don't even have the technology to back it up.

    I like Firefox, but Booooooooooooo!

I know only the downloads through spreadfirefox.com do count for the world record, but I had no patience to wait more, thus I've got my copy from other source.

    Code:

Why don't you build your own money-making toolbar?

By the way, which internet browser is your favorite?

No problem. According to the spreadfirefox.com page the number of total downloads is over 2,990,000 within only 4 hours.

Edited: Ooops! The counter changed suddenly to 924,974 while the download link gives me the following message:

    Http/1.1 Service Unavailable

How do they verify this? Guinness I mean.

I mean, even the worse of us can fake a download counter.

Have you got your certificate like this one?

    You can get it from

    Code:
    http://www.spreadfirefox.com/en-US/worldrecord/certificate_form[CODE]

You can use it for your blog, if you are going to get some traffic for keywords related to "Firefox 3".

By the way, I am reading now the number of the total donloads: 8,174,911

It's Seamonkey!!! That's a pretty interesting project. It's good to know it prospers. I've used it long time ago, when it was in beta stage. At that time I've chosen Netscape on Windose and Mozilla on Linux.

I was surprised to hear in spring about Netscape is defunct. (Official support ended on March 1st, 2008.)

Once my favorite edition was Netscape 4.7.

And since Firefox is on the stage, I simply can't imagine browsing without it.
Thanks for reminding me about Seamonkey, it will be a pleasure to test it out.
