10 Million Sub Youtuber, Deji, Allegedely Exposed For Buying Subs By Botting Website

This 10 million Youtube sub channel was allegedely exposed for buying fake subscribers by the botting website he allegedly bought the subs from.

I don't believe it, I think he was either framed or all this is fake manufactured drama for publicitiy?
Why? Because n o r m i e s.

Anyway, whether this is true or not, it has always made me wonder if large, well established Youtubers really are botting. Well known mainstream musicians were exposed in the past for view botting by Youtube, look into it!

Don Omar exposed other latin artists for view botting and an Indian artist was recently exposed for exploiting Google/Youtube ads. Once again, a quick google/search will give you all the info and evidence on this!

I assume there are many famous YouTubers that buy views/activity. If you can make an extra $50k on fake views, over let's say 70k, many people would risk not getting banned to do it. I also assume there are some hidden groups of people who do it so well that it is really hard to figure it out.

You deliver Views on monetized channels and they don't get demonetized with monetization turned on, on the video?

The views they get are monetizable. They work with freelancers that have software with mass youtube accounts. These accounts are then used to automate watching their videos and liking/commenting

The people who get demonetized is those with very few views and with 90% of all views from bot traffic. It's easier to distinguish.
If you already have 1,000,000 organic/real views sending 50k botted views won't be as obvious manipulation as if it covers the most.
Likewise most bot traffic comes from unskilled people and looks 100% fake as they think "the more user agents the more real it looks" but truth be told majority of the user agents you receive is the same.
Unskilled/poor views will consist of user aagents from 4 years back and/or Firefox version 50, Chrome version 49 etc just to increase the number of user agents. Nobody uses these agents today.

When I check my logs the only time there is an outdated UA version its when it is a bot such as a crawler.

If you see someone saying "100s' or "1000s of useragents" stay far away from them, they don't know what they are doing.

Seems like record labels are using ads nowadays to pump views on youtube. Badshah, BTS, Taylor Swift, Arian Grande etc. It was all exposed here:

yea for music artists. But what about content creators? i usually never see them doing ads for their videos but they explode out of nowhere

Google ads, Youtube ads, reddits ads, facebook ads etc. You're one youtube search away to learn about this stuff.

But just like the fake views, none of us really know the secret to keep costs down while having a an effective legitamte Youtube ads campaign that provides a lot of views while having good retention that won't affect the ranking of the channel. As always this is something that everyone will have to test for them selves, which is time consuming and costly.

they discussed about the topic, there is nothing to "expose" , if you buy botted views or subs and get exposed, yes thats an expose.

if you buy ads to promote yourself, thats not an "expose"

yes music labels spend big budgets on marketing, how else do they get their videos out there and reach a wide audience.

all they are doing is buying ads to getting their music videos more exposure, its not artifical inflation, no one is forced to watch the ads, if people like it, they watch it.

organic but a paid way to promote rather than relying on youtubers shitty algorithm which is hit or miss

If you guys watch (Punjabi Language) Indian music videos you can see that the youtube channel "Geet MP3" routinely gets hundreds of millions of view. It doesn't hurt that they produce high quality videos and the songs are trendy but they always put promotions GK Digital. Apparently GK is marketing agency based in Canada and India. I'm not sure if they do botted views or organic but regardless they know what they are doing.

So as far as I'm aware with most of Indian views, the country has population of 1.5 billion and about 400 million or more internet users. It's easy to get views if such a scenario is present.
