    Make an database backup on phpmyadmin and import it on another host

    go to cpanel, phpmyadmin, select your database, go to export
    go to new hosting, create database, open phpmyadmin, select created database, go to import, select file
    done

    Cpanel -> Backup, choose database, and click download. Upload to new host. Enjoy.

    take backup from first server and deploy it to second server.
