i tried 2 more from bhw selling ISP virginia at&t and sprint, both of them proxies get detected, one get google captcha constantly. Are these any better? What's the difference with premium captcha proxies, are these isp too?

There's no difference between our ISP and Captcha proxies. Captcha proxies is for users only targeting Google services. All of our IPs are google approved and you won't get a search captcha. Join our discord if you a trial! https://discord.gg/hex
 
Can private IPs be used on Instagram? Not for creating accounts but just for managing old accounts. Will it get them banned?

Managing 1 account per ip. Can the ips be connected or are they different location and different ip numbers.

And the majority of IPs will have random East Coast geolocations depending upon the geolocation you check, but they're all routed from servers in Ashburn, VA.

Is Instagram able to tie my ips together? If someone else does something dark on the ips will it get my accounts banned? Just checking if this is good for managing old accounts long term.

As I stated, the IPs stays with you as long as you have an active plan. Once the plan is expired it maybe allocated to a new user.

All IPs are 100% approved for IG, and FB. You can keep the same IPs for long term
