Just what I was looking for, just picked one up.

Edit: had an issue but support was really fast - I was online within minutes of submitting a ticket. The setup was instant but the issue I had was with connecting to the server. I don't think this was something common and because of the fast support I don't really mind (after all it could have been my own fault). Speed Test showed 111 up and down. No complaints so far but it's still early. I probably won't post again unless something goes terribly wrong.

Got the 2 GB RAM VPS

couldnt login to my vps throw the login data in the email... submitted
Ticket Created #542368

kindly fix this issue asap

Yesterday my VPS was hacked. I submitted a ticket and I was advised to re-install the OS - which meant I lost all my data and had to re-install all my programs - and choose a stronger password. Ok, fine. This is the first major stuff up in all my time with these guy and I let it slide.

Today my VPS crashed. I submitted a ticket and now I'm being advised to re-install the OS, which comes down to the same thing. None of this is my fault and the only program I was running for it to crash was GSA SER and GSA CB. No way is that enough for it to crash, considering their sales pitch mentions the servers are "optimized" for SEO Tools.

This is a major stuff up on their part, and as a loyal customer I'm extremely upset that it has come down to me looking for another provider. I couldn't possibly in my right mind recommend this service.

UPDATE: Considering I paid the latest invoice yesterday (right before I discovered it was hacked) I requested a refund for the month as an act of courtesy. Suddenly no more response via support.

My vps has been getting restarted for several days for unknown reasons. All my automatic work gets stopped and this sucks. Do you guys ever think that people lose money because of things like this. If this happens again I swear im never using this service again. Never have I experienced something like this.

Yep, this is a very common occurrence (see image) for me when it comes to this VPS service. The owners are either being overwhelmed with work and don't want to hire the extra staff, or they sold the business to incompetent people.

So, the old thread got some bad comments, closed, and a new thread was approved immediately with nothing from OP since thread started? Hmm ...

I am also having a lot of problems with the service, My problem is very similar to the ones posted above.

Too many restarts, today I had to boot the VPS from the admin panel because it was offline. It was decent at first and support has been fast but it's kind of pointless if it restarts every day and the tools stop working..

This is the last time I'll be posting here and I've finally cracked it with Cheap Windows VPS. After my previous update on their poor service, support finally decided to shift me from a US server to French server, everything was running clunky but I gave it a chance. That server has crashed today and I'm unable to log back in and retrieve my information.

I doubt very much that they're going to make an effort here and I'm taking bets in the office that they will come back with a "you need to re-install your OS and programs" answer to the problem.

contact me on skype = nocinc

This is one of the worst VPS providers I've ever used. I would honestly rate this service at about a 3 out of 10, and that's only because they were instantly allocated as described. Although, I did have 4 of them not even work and have to be replaced. I bought 20 of them in total, and I couldn't wait to get rid of them. I was absolutely riddled with random reboots out of nowhere. I am not trying to be funny or flame anyone, but in the 2 months I had all of them, I don't think there was a single day that passed where at least 1 of them hadn't rebooted on me.

Their support had absolutely no interest in fixing the problem it would seem. Their only goal was to get the VPS back online. The first time I went to restart them I couldn't even get 3 or 4 of them to turn back on without submitting a ticket. Each time I sent in a ticket I would ask them why this is happening, and each time they would ignore me and just get the VPS back online and tell me that. Finally I got so fed up that I sent in a ticket directly confronting them about it, and this is how helpful they were:
(ME) I've asked this question no less than 5 times, and everytime it's ignored. Why can't your servers seem to stay online without shutting off, and why can't I restart some of them? I have 20 servers in total with you guys so if you don't want to answer me, or don't know, that's fine, but I'll be cancelling them all at the end of this period if we can't get something resolved. This is ridiculous that I'm running the same exact setup across the 15 2 GB ones, and the 5 4 GB ones, yet the performance is all over the place. It took 6-7 hrs to get my server back 3 days ago because I made the mistake of restarting it, and as usual I couldn't get it back without opening a ticket. Yesterday I wake up and 3 of my servers are just randomly offline for no reason, and this morning I wake up and I've got 1 that lost connection, and another that's completely offline again. It's extremely frustrating to go to connect, only to find out I either can't, or it's been restarted without my knowledge. Is there anything you can do to help stop this or no?

(Them) Hi,

Please let us know the vm IP's and its issues separately to check it in a better way.

(Me) Hello, the majority of the problems seem to be with 5 of the servers. There's a few of them that won't restart properly. If I do a restart on them I end up having to go into the control panel and manually reboot them there to be able to get back on them. This one though, 23.249.163.*** won't restart/reboot at all no matter what I do. If I have to restart it, it will not let me connect until I send a ticket in and have you guys do whatever it is that you do, and then I can connect to it again.

These servers here, 23.95.88.***, 23.95.88.***, 198.12.107.*** and 198.12.107.*** have just randomly shut off on me the last couple of days sometime in the middle of the night. Yesterday when I woke up, the servers starting with 198.12.xx were both offline for no reason, then this morning the 2 servers starting with 23.95.xx were offline. That's not the first time though, it doesn't happen all the time, but I'm not sure why it should happen at all, and it's very frustrating when it does. The rest of the servers seem to work pretty good, and I don't really have any issues with them. Thanks and have a nice day.

(Them) All the IP' s are working fine and able to connect rdp.

Thanks.
I didn't even respond again and just closed the ticket. Their only goal is to get the VPS back online, which is great, but not if it's just going to shut off again later that day/night. It was almost like their support worked off of a script or something because they would use the same excuse over and over again. I actually saved all of the tickets and will share them via PMs if needed. I hit up the owner here numerous times on Skype, never received a single response. I wasn't expecting any special treatment by ordering a small bulk order, but I would expect they would at least keep them on for me, or fix the damn issue that was causing it, but nope.

Just to be clear on one other thing, what I do uses very few resources. I've been using another provider here as well for the last 2-3 months now, and in that time I've had about 2, maybe 3 restarts, and I have more VPS's with them than I did here. The incredible thing is that while I was specifically using a 4 core, 4 GB package for something here and having constant restarts and connection issues, the VPS's I use now for the very same thing are only 2 cores and 3 GBs of RAM. No restarts, no drops, and less resources and it runs only 100x smoother. I really can't express how disappointed I was in these servers, and the support surrounding them.

Do you offer weekly plans? Like can I rent a server for 1 week?
