Hey I always try to give back to the BHW community so here goes. Hopefully this isn't a repost.

GoDaddy is offering 1-Year Domain Name Registration for $1.99 with code 199TEST. 20-cent ICANN fee applies, making it $2.19 per domain.

isnt this like first time customers or only for infos ? infos are 0.99 atm anyways ;P

whoopie...this is great guys! grab 'em while it lasts......

Nope, valid for all new and first time customers. And valid for .coms

Arrgh! I've heard so many horror stories about Go*Daddy and domains, I've avoided them like the plague. But at that price, I'm willing to chance it. Guess I'll take the plunge if this applies to bulk orders. Thanks riftdog!

Woot, this saved me a bundle today! :D
Any idea when this expires?

StillSmiling, they're pretty good most of the time. I use them because I've registered several (dozen) domains through them and I hate having my domains spread across different registrars.

Plus, I reeeally like that if you order 5 or more domains, you get free private registration for all of them. :D

Shit I just bought 10 domains yesterday from 1and1 at $6.99 each. $1.99 is cool but I would still have to pay transfer fees to get them on my web hosting plan which would actually cost me more than if I just bought them directly from my own host. Does anyone know how well godaddy's hosting is? I have heard both good and bad.

looks like it works for for only one domain per account.....so you might have to create several accounts from diff ips and clear cookies each time for more domains....

why transfer? i use hostmonster for hosting and just put my godaddy domains as an add-on domain...

Because my hosting provider will not allow adding on domains without transferring.

One domain at $1.99 per account. I just used it. Thanks Riftdawg, good stuff.

OYH3 will get you additional .com domains for $7.45 at GoDaddy.

According to their site it says it is unlimited, no quantity limit.

So only for new/first-time customers right? :(

What kind of provider doesn't let you forward your domain through DNS from another registrar??! Maybe it's time to transfer your hosting account instead of your TLDs! :D

Just don't rely on their private registration. Phone call to them had all my information with no reason given.

I don't trust godaddy, i had a premium domain that we had invested well over 100k, and i stupidly forgot to renew it, when i did 30 days later which was still during the grace period i tried backordering it and they just sold it to someone else, godaddy is know to do this read some articles somewhere about the same shit happening to other people

Thats very good but can you give me coupon code for namecheap to book info domains in bulk or few .com domains. I need it badly for namecheap.
