epic fail. 000webhost is shit, i just sent a support ticket, doubt it will get replied to.

Thanks thomas. How do they make money though? i dont see any advertising, i dont get mailed... wheres the sustainability?

They make money through paid upgrades, like more disk space for example. They also accept donations from users who are happy with their services. In addition, 000 is the sister site of a paid hosting company.

I love 000 been with them for about a year and have multiple sites hosted there. only had 1 but it lasted like 10 minutes and always got a response when i submited a support ticket

I've had a blog on them for about a year now, and have had no trouble at all! When I had a question getting things set up, they responded within an hour, and this was at about 11 p.m. my time.

I don't know about the affiliate payments, though, as I haven't used that method to monetize it, but I expect they will not screw you.

Read their terms carefully. Every ref site must meet a certain amount of traffics then it'll be considered "active"
