As of last week funds have been transferred to buy an old affiliate site I had for ~$40k.

It was generating me a bit over $1.5k/month, but now it's time to leverage that to go bigger.

    The Plan
    1) Leverage some of BHW's done for you offerings to build some niche and authority sites with expired domains

    2) And, if I can source it through direct outreach, acquire a site pulling $1k - 2k/month at 10-16x monthly earnings (or 25-35x with a seller finance/leverage component)

    Current Status
    - Already ordered one niche site to start getting built while funds clear escrow ($997)
    - In talks to order 5 more of the same but for different niches from the same provider
    - Vetting gigs in the web design section to order 2-3 smaller sites
    - Had a rank and rent site-built from Legiit and finished yesterday - ranking checklist to be executed
    - Built a list of 350 sites to reach out to for acquiring

Open to any feedback folks have in the way of good DFY services or otherwise to help with KW research, building or ranking the sites.

I'll update a couple times a month for now while we're in build mode, and more often as we get into ranking/growing.

Interesting, how are you finding sites that you are wanting to buy?

Right now using Ahrefs and the keyword tool to look at keywords I'd want to rank for with a good CPC or product value. Then narrowing down by DR and traffic to sites likely doing either the right revenue range ($2k/mo and under) or vastly above in the case I can get a seller finance or leveraged deal (+$20k/mo)

How much did you pay for the rank and rent site from Legiit?

Are you outsourcing all the content? Or writing your own?

How many sites in total do you plan on building?

Do you have an estimate of what your total budget will be?

    Any insights are appreciated. Thanks

    - I think it was around $199 for the Legiit site
    - 80/20 is the plan at the moment, I'll probably take care of some link bait content and the rest to be outsourced
    - TBD on quantity, I kind of want to just keep reinvesting in a portfolio of sites until it becomes unruly, so maybe 6 in the next 6 months to keep it selffunding, 8-10 over the next 12-18 months

After they start generating cashflow the budget effectively becomes limited by their cashflow. To start I'll be putting in up to $25k-30k total between creation, content and link building over the next 12-18 months. Then I'll be aiming for it to sustain and grow based on cashflow it generates.

With solid focus and some KGR content I don't see why 6 sites couldnt be pulling in +$2k/mo 12-18 months from now, at which point it's self sustaining on new content, links and all.

Anyone have a recommendation on good KGR keyword research services?

Want to short cut the process.

I found these, haven't used them yet but will eventually need to do it for the backlog after the build.

    Quick Update:

Site #1 - still in progress with provider ($997 one)

Site #2 - I found a site I somewhat abandoned in the pet space that has some good potential with KGR keywords, I ordered 50 articles for it to amp it back up with content while I build links

Site #3 - I have a health site that's been sitting for a while gathering, I'm going to be adding some content I've had sitting in Dropbox for ages as well as doing some KGR research and ordering 30-40 articles for it

For the time being I'll be using a mix of TextBroker and Fox's content service: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/foxs-professional-article-writing-service-affordable-price.790767/

I think I'll need to aim at mainly TextBroker for pillar content, but I think all my KGR content can come from Fox's.

Finally, I'll be ordering 1-2 more sites this month with a 200k word package and an expired domain to enter another area, still doing research to find a solid niche that can scale to 5 figures by itself for that site.

    Needs (any help appreciated):
    - Recommendations for KGR keyword research folks/services
    - Quality services to build/populate social profiles for these sites
    - Quality services to build links for site 2 and the new sites to build up their DA/DR
    - Quality services to build links for content with a decent 1-10 KD for site 2, 3 and the new si

0 to 5 figures, that is pretty impressive. I wish I could do at least the same.

For KGR research @Holzr is awesome.

I have been using textbroker recently for content too but find the 4 star writers are not much better than cheap providers on here.
    Seriously gone done down hill.

    How do you rate textbroker?

    Good luck!

For the life of me I never remember what it stands for, but basically it's a method to finding super low competition keywords for long tail ranking.

    Here's the full explanation: https://nichesiteproject.com/keyword-golden-ratio/

But I recently found you can use the same approach for much higher traffic keywords too with some variation. So I'm doing a mix of both.

To be honest I'm still not super keen on it, but it's a fast turn around compared to some vendors for the quality. I was keen on lettercrafted for a while but their turn around started going way downhill.

I'm still looking for a better solution. But my $997 site provider said he may be able to provide me with content, so I'm planning on testing him as well as HumanProofDesigns in the coming months.

Sure is fine to have you for this case study. It'll turn out to be one heck of an affiliate niche site. As a side note, I've only
flipped 4 and 5 figure niche site, but have yet to flip or create a 6 figure site like Doug Cunnington has and IncomeSchool guys have
done so successfully. So my affiliate experience is limited to a degree as $1,000-$3,000 per month 'semi-passively' isn't sexy for many
folks here I suspect. 5 figures flip is just an accomplishment I think...6 figures that'll surely be sexy where I live:p

Have similar investors over my wing. This will be a great case study which I already know what's going to happen based on the niche
and the domain acquired (darn it took 3 weeks to find the right one!) I still prefer brand new domains to given extents just like
many of the case studies presented by Spencer at NichePursuit Case Study here.

HumanProofDesigns/Dom has great keyword pack, secretly tested their services to compare with mine. I was also part of their free trial training back in the time for continued education as usual from my end. Great guy and great training, just haven't formerly said hi hehe, I definitely recommend him J.

Problem is most folks don't want a team on a payroll and just want to pay "per project", J. I was one of them myself as payroll is a pain when cashflow is limited, but years later and after trial/error as you might imagine I forced myself to have a team under my wing under payroll(I have 3 permanent babies since 2017!), trained by me, which long term (3-10 year plans) it turns out to be a 'convenience' based on leverage and savings long term. If a seller/web developer is an affiliate investor himself I'd definitely advise to have him cloned/add someone on payroll like I've been doing for 2+ full years now. Short term is a pain based on cashflow, but with earned military DOD pension/benefits, I managed.

Most web development services will either get complaints because of this at a start and might even get 1-2 partial ones...even as established depending client tolerance and value long term of OP/seller providing the service. Turnaround delays will be normal in my views if the OP is working everything themselves and haven't cloned their experience, be it because of trust/secretive concerns, or budget limitations, which is understandable.

Feels odd confirming this publicly, but my main goal is 5 figure per month semi-passively to then finally flip at six figures (as it really isn't passive as some of us love to call it from time to time:cool:)

I think KGR is the term that Doug invented himself and gained popularity thanks to Youtube + its proven track-record as it really works, but in my views and opinion here, it's geared towards rapid-results that are sustainable to rank page 2 and 3, which is ideal for those on a limited budget and to gain confidence on what they doing, which ultimately increases the chances of sticking to an investment longer than 3 months. Apart from it, his coaching program (closing today) gets higher rep with his research methods(they truly work!) and he's under constant 'positive pressure' (my views) to prove that his methods work. Keeps anyone exciting as often there's no need for links to rank on page 2-4 depending the niche with KGR keywords. Sweet spot is using 20-30% KGR keywords and the rest on easy to medium difficulty keywords according to BHW offer/services here from KeySearch(<----closely comparable to ahrefs)

Made my girlfriend signed up under his $500 program so she can learn everything Amazon related at her own pace with Doug...wonder who he calls the successful "neurotic blogger" in today's email..that was funny:confused::eek::D

HumanProofDesigns might also be great according to budget, I wonder if my custom strategies and packages will produce equal or better results then him and another retail competitor, BrandBuilders.io. Dom has extended his reach properly with his website, so he can surely increase his prices 4x-10x more than ours, I secretly paid for one of his keyword packages to compare with upcoming services/brand and it was good. I am sure HumanProofDesigns/Dom offers great services. Pros/Cons always according to developers.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Edit: @backz I just saw this from @MisterF
That's one of the reasons I don't put ANY income claims in my marketplace offers, it's oftentimes deceiving and provides the immediate perception that's just as easy as buying a $100 package or $400 package for one time fees, Wendy Rhodes and Lambos will then just jump right in :weep:without any salsa steps:suspicious: ...oh no, didn't expect to see that sequence without the disclaimers that should go on each graphic. My positive review of Dom/HumanProofDesigns comes from a keyword research-purchase to compare my services with him, which I normally do to improve my own services.

    Quick Update On The Sites:

Site #1 - Niche to be revealed later (will be the major site modelled after an almost 6-figure a month site) using expired domain and aim is to build up affiliate and high CPC content, then link build like crazy

Site #2 - Pet space, new domain and no real stats - going to throw content at it in bulk

Site #3 - General health site with a decent aged domain and some OK DR/DA, aim will be focused on 0-1 KD affiliate content with lots of supporting content posted

Site #4 - Rank and rent site around home services, new domain and built via Legiit, I'm just going to get a GMB and then throw citations + social profiles at it and see how it does for now

Site #5 - Niche research under way, aim is to be a 100k word site with a root in a non Amazon affiliate niche

Site #6 - Niche research under way, aim is to be a 100k word site with an aim at 0 KD only keywords in a general niche

Overall content is one of the least of my worries for the time being, so the plan is to experiment with content heavy sites with no link building vs only revemue driving content tied to extremely heavy link building.

My experience is heavily in link building and only publishing what's a revenue driver. So interested to see how it performs toe to toe with the content heavy approach (which is definitely cheaper)

    Another Update On The Sites:

    Site #1
    - Already ranking for a dozen or so keywords even though content isn't finished being uploaded - we're about half way now.
    - 5 x 301 redirects put into place ($27 total from Nargil)

Next up will be 2-3 more 301s, 15 niche edits and 15 outreach links

Once it's ready to launch I'll also be ordering another 100k words to be spread out over the next 12 months so it has regular drops of content.

    Site #2
    - Has a couple pages that recently started ranking for some terms on page 1 and is finally getting traffic
    - New content delivered and 32 articles to be scheduled in over the next few weeks (all KGR content)
    - I'm going to test using the 7 steps this guy lays out for his gig combos to rank since all the content is either KGR or 0/1 KD (https://www.legiit.com/profile/MissingLink/domain-authority-stack)

    Site #3
    - Had some keyword research done for solid low KD content
    - Ordered 3 articles to go up, all buyer intent but 0/1 KD

    Site #4
    - Waiting on GMB creation/verification
    - Going to order social profile creation + citations this week

    Site #5
    - Decided on another BIG niche site with a 300k package - it'll be hybrid focused (amazon affiliate + adsense/traffic oriented focus), that way I can branch it off into ecom or similar for revenue scaling
    - Niche and all is TBD, keyword/niche research is going on now

Seems content is still a bit of worry, the one source I thought was decent actually has some really bad quality when you bulk order. So I'll be testing a half dozen BHW gigs to see what I can find in the way of mid-tier cost, high volume able and has an understanding of crafting content around a site design as we'll be aiming to launch site #5 using ReHub.

The aim once site 1 is ready is to start link building, I think I'll be budgeting $1k/mo for link building between site 1 and 5 with the rest just getting link packages or otherwise as I want to test.

As always, feedback is much appreciated. Current needs:
    - Service for good amazon affiliate/CPA offer/pillar content
    - Any suggestions on high quality outreach link providers or folks who are good at editorial writing so I can just do guest blog outreach and send them specs to write content for
