    I agree. In order to maintain congruency, we don't overtly change the tone of the ad compared to the content on the website/social media. Only if the ad fails to garner the desired engagement, do we add our own voice (& twist)

    However, it's a test-learn-repeat game. I am confident, we will get better :)

    This is my review after one month contract.

    I asked Prakhar about his service for my digital marketing agency. I wanted visit to my website but he advised me to work on facebook messanger.
    So our leads were started conversions.
    He prepared ads and simple chat bot where clients in chat window could choose 3 options like "I have questions about your service", "I would like to know all costs" etc.

    Beggining was good (maybe messages could be faster from Prakhar, but finally I have to said I am dissapointed.

    1. Our contract ended 21.02.2020 and it was working one month. I chose Tier 2 for $199 + 10% of budget and $100 budget. So in total my investmend was $310.

    2. I got 25 started conversions, but only 5 were valuable. Ony 5 clients showed interest what I offered. Even if they didnt buy, or just asked, they were asking about what I offer, logo design, websites etc. Even if they will need my service in the future, they asked about exactly I offer. Rest of leads (conversations) were random. I got messages from old peope, one child who asked me to help with her homework (???), one guy send me message that he dont want see my ads, and one asked me what I offer because he didnt know.
    I know that sometimes random leads happens, but here I have many of them. From this 20 people all probably clicked random, I had from them message after they clicked bot for example "I would luke to know all costs" and after that after my respond, nothing more. They were not interested about my service. So I cant count them as potential clients.

    3. So as you can see 25 started conversions gave $12.5 per conversion. But I should count only this 5 valuable so we have $62 per conversion. My average margin is $100 so I should sell 3 services to be on 0 and 4 to earn something. Which is unreall to convert 80% interested people into clietns.

    I can't tell that Prakhar doesnt know what he is doing, I am just seing that for me it didnt work. Maybe one guy will be my client, I am talking with him right now, but for example from Adwords for $50 I got one client from same day, here after one month nothing speciall.

    For me it was waste of money, I spent $310 and for now no return so for me it was money dumped down the drain.
    I didnt get anny summary after job, any plan for future, what we should do. When I wrote to Prakhar today, I got message "Now its over 7 days, ads go back to the learning phase" but how should I know that.

    Of course we could increase budget etc but in my opinion I should see really good results for $100 and next we could make more.
    For now I have -$310 spent on facebook ads and need to find clients to get money back.

    However, you're being a little short-sighted here if I may say.

    The case is of you dropping the ball too early in spite of positive results.

    Conversion rate describes how long & how satisfied the user was after they clicked on the ad i.e. his experience of conversing with you on the Facebook page.

    I wouldn't attribute it to lack of understanding of the service, as we were in continuous talks for 2 weeks & over 35+ sessions before any $$ were moved.

    The budget of $100 was never going to be sufficient to properly optimise the campaign. This was made clear to you in our pre-sale conversations

    I've always had your best interest in mind. Still do.
    It's unfortunate that you've thought otherwise.
    I suggested you go with Messenger ads in spite of your website because that wouldn't have converted.

    It was a generic website (not a landing page) with an unclear call-to-action and poor optimisation. I could have suggested you go with your website to close the sale early, but I didn't.

    Also, Chatbot was introduced into the conversation by yourself.

    I had repeatedly mentioned the importance of talking to the leads & how our jobs are divided for achieving success with this campaign.

    And did I charge you anything extra for Messenger ads? No.

    Also, there was no Chatbot involved or developed. This was done to help you keep your costs down.

    As per our messages, I suggested you have a goal of at 0.5-1%. Even if we take your words, 1 out of 25 leads is a 4% closing rate. Higher than the goal we mutually set.

    Also, your quality of leads would have got better as Facebook learns & optimises the ads & the audience



    Being in the same industry as you. A big part of my job has been to answer people's questions about the service.


    Not only do we need to respond to people at the right time, but with the right message. People are always in a hurry and there's no time for small talk.

    If you send the wrong message or even the right message at the wrong time, people will not respond. Because they have lost interest.

    I’ve opted in to use 0-Penny for one of my drop shipping stores 2 weeks ago. Starting off with the Advanced package and $500 budget. I told them if they needed more budget to scale that would be okay.
