Yes and yes, Affiliate manager was hard to contact.

I was once heavily active with affiliates, As a noob when I first started I made 700$ with cj the first month.. Unfortunately I got banned without receiving my payment when it was due.. How can I avoid this in the future, I did not have my own site when I worked with affiliates it was all email...
