Funny thing is that I look at my anchors on Majestic and it is not that bad... I am starting to think that maybe I have to increase my exact match anchors... I have 3 or 4 exact match in 100s of links.

I think that over optimization may be one of my problems. Do you really think another diversity pack with naked and branded anchors should fix it? I also got 7 guest posts this month with anchors like see more, check this and etc. How long do you think it takes for it to start showing...
