is it possible to either lower the rotation time to 3 min or have something like storm proxies that gives a new IP every HTTP request? for webmail I have 200 ports and its still not enough because rotation is too slow. is it possible to at least lower it from 5 min to 3?

quick question. i noticed that it says up to 50 connections per port. so i have 200 ports currently.... If i have 50 people connect to 1 of the 200 ports will all 50 people receive a different IP or will it only be 1 IP since they are on the same port until the 5 min refresh hits?
