I agree above Payoneer is great for that. If you can get the MasterCard that comes with it then even better. I've used Payoneer with my PayPal account to withdraw and it was no problem.

Something is making the visitor not want to uy from you. Your checkout might not be trustworthy or maybe you do not offer a reputable payment processor for them ? Find out what the problem is and mix it up and change it.

For me Payoneer are a nightmare to get hold of. They have always been that way. Their live chat is easy to use but you have to wait a while first.
