I recommend "let's encrypt" because it's free. You will need a programmer to help you set it up once on your server. Then it will renew the certificate automatically every 90 days for free. Automatic renewal is easy to set it up on a VPS or dedicated server. Not sure about shared hosting...- Hesiod
