I think you don't know how to use it. Have you checked the tutorials? Did you create an account on mpsocial.com and search for your problem there? Why don't you ask for a solution to your problem before saying it doesn't work?

I tested a batch of 25 accs from OP.No need to PV when adding them to MP . You'll need however to PV them when adding link which is normal for all fresh accs. Very good quality/price ! I would definitely recommend!
