I personally use Serpstat as I find it to be a good alternative to SEMrush. Regarding to backlinks, Ahrefs is still the best on the market. However it is pricey as the hell.

For your demands, I'd say Ahrefs and Serp stat - 4/4; Sem rush - 3/4. Pricing models are slightly differ but I'm sure you can pick a plan that will suit you.

For all in one, I'd suggest Sem rush or Serp stat. It's good to have automation not just with your backlinks but also with site audit, competitors research and rank tracking as well. If you cram all these into one decent tool like these, you'll save yourself a lot if time.
