Katoeys have a long tradition in Thailand, their traditions are very permisive to such things, I guess it's not for outsiders (like me)to judge them! BTW some of this katoeys are really pretty, it's hard to distinguish them from real girls, lol :D

Actually with other browsers or present IE, you can erase the cookies, can't you :)
