Use scrapebox and get expired twitter user accounts that have good/decent ranking. Then use different content and tweet about your website but not at the same time. Do like 8 one day, 4 another day and so on. I'm pretty sure 15+ will do

It could be about your ratio, for instance if you have an account that has 5k following and like 500 followers do you really expect people to follow you back? Same principle applies with large accounts. So if you have an account that got 30k and only following 100 people and your doing...

I was using my mobile phone and still got hit twice with phone verification. But i think this has to do with the fact that i was using an app that shows you whos not following you back. Someone else needs to confirm this.

Keep unfollowing until you hit around 50ish and then carry on following again

Pm me your username and i will take a look at your page. But honestly speaking am getting around 100 followers per day without me needin to do anything and i got 14k followers in total. So your definitely doing something wrong. Ideally you should be getting 200 followers per day.
