Why offer a smaller price? Don't discount your work and your time. If anything charge more than your competitors. In every niche I go into im always 3.5x - 5.5x higher than the others. Offer something different than your competitors, maybe your furniture comes with a free 4 piece matching...

I've done this alot in the past; you can make lots of sales with this method, it also helps if you can re-record over it in your voice so it looks more unique and also use your words as keywords in the video to help with rankings.
