Why am I unable to grow organically?
We're sort of stuck here too. We're at about 15K now and usually grow 5-20 follows per day if we don't do anything except post. Our posts get between 150 - 400 likes depending on the content. Most average about 280 though. -

Hey thank you for this post. I'm going to keep an eye on this. Our account is nearly 2 years old now and has around 15K followers but we haven't really put a lot into it. I really want to grow this account manually now so I'm going to follow your tips.
