I never said that. A unique content is more relevant that I can generate for sure. But my tool generate content with sentences scraped on Google. It was impossible ATM. Everything is possible, This tool could be improved.

Personally, I think that metric is just a metric, that indicate something that's all. Trust in yourself, look at your competitors on each keywords and just do it !

G+ is really interesting for SEO, relevancy, indexing, others. I'm using it (with Facebook and Twitter) for my tiers. It's pretty awesome.

Oh, sorry. Nop, you must guide Google from your old URLs to your new URLs. If you change page-a.html to page-b.html, you need to 301 it. About your 301 setup, if you have 50 URLs in a folder like /articles/, you can do a regex. Exemple: domain.com/articles/page-a.html...
