You must have lost important rankings and it could also be a temporary thing if your website is established. Give it some time while figuring out what may have gone wrong in the meantime.- robintattler

How Long Does It Take To Rank For Medium Keywords?
I would allow at least 3 months but going heavy on backlinking before you even break into top 100 could have a negative impact. Keep exact anchors at below 5%.- robintattler

Keep building links slowly, and go very light on exact anchors. Allow time for ranking, some keywords could take months to start ranking.- robintattler
