I am using VPS, not that expansive and I dont need to run my Mac overnight. Available from mobile everywhere and at any time. I just dont need to care about it...

And dont forget to DISABLE webRTC in Chrome it can leak your IP easily even when you use proxy... There is a plugin for it just google it. And as other said browsers can be "fingerprinted" so use different profiles with different plugins etc.. Good luck.
